Return of the King. A shame the moment has ended with such tragic words.

I remember the first time I actively noticed Giorno. I was but a nameless lurker, who had been browsing the site for a year. We were in the midst of the MLP invasion, and all seemed hopeless.

Then I saw him. A man who hadn't given up hope. A man who was rallying other commenters to his cause. His message was simple. Stop the MLP invasion. He began to claim those comics. He quarantined the invasion and sacrificed a part of himself in the process.

There was peace. The MLP invasion was over, and Giorno stood triumphant above the threat. More people started commenting. The comics were semi normal again. The Jojo era began and all was good. However, the peace wouldn't last long.

The weapons used during the invasion had reappeared. Claiming. At first claiming had been used against the MLP comics, but they now we're being used as something else.

This is when I joined as a commenter. I saw that Giorno was rising up against the people who had used his weapon. A group of prominent commenters began to call out those who claimed, me included. The battle against claiming reached a climax when the site stopped posting comments.

The name of the site was changed yet again, and claiming almost disappeared. Seeing that there could be no change we stopped our assault upon the claimers.

Things went normally from then. Several of the notable commenters left the community and went silent. I stopped commenting regularly. Things went back to where they were from before the invasion.

Giorno, however stood firm. He kept commenting and posting. He cemented his legacy as the ruler of offerhost.ru.

And now, having not heard from him in weeks, he has come back to us. His last farewell has arrived.

Giorno, it was a honor and a privilege to fight on your side. It was an honor to see you in your prime. If not for you, our community would not be as developed as it is.
